Overview

The Minister for Planning referred draft Darebin planning scheme amendment C182dare, unresolved submissions and other supporting documents relating to the Preston Market Precinct Structure Plan to the VPA Projects Standing Advisory Committee on 6 March 2022.

The Preston Market Precinct Structure Plan and planning scheme amendment C182dare will facilitate:

  • development of a major mixed-use urban renewal precinct in Preston
  • retention and redevelopment of a fresh food market on site.
