Overview

Draft Amendment C103gpla proposes to rezone land at Dardel Drive, Bannockburn from Public Park and Recreation Zone to Neighbourhood Residential Zone Schedule 1, and to apply the Development Plan Overlay Schedule 17. It is also proposed to subdivide the land into 51 lots, to remove the reserve status from the northern portion of the land, and to provide for a drainage basin.

This matter has been referred to the Priority Projects Standing Advisory Committee.
