Overview
On 17 October 2022 the Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Action, Solar Homes (as Minister jointly administrating the Planning and Environment Act 1987) referred Glenelg draft planning scheme amendment C109gelg to the Priority Projects Standing Advisory Committee.
The draft amendment will facilitate the use and development of a 500-tonne land-based aquaculture facility (abalone farm) on land at 315 Dutton Way, Bolwarra and surrounds.
