Public hearing
The Committee will hold a public hearing for this matter commencing on Monday 27 October until Friday 14 November 2025. Please see the hearing timetable under “Correspondence” below for more details.

A document list for documents tabled as part of the Clayton Precinct Committee process is provided below. This will be updated regularly to reflect new tabled documents as the hearing progresses.
Any person who is not a party to the Hearing and wants access to any tabled document must make a written request to Planning Panels Victoria (PPV) outlining which documents they want to access, and the reasons for wanting access to those documents. The express consent of the party who provided the document (and any additional authors of the document) will be required before PPV is able to release any documents. Documents may also need to be checked by PPV and any personal information redacted before they are released.
