Overview

Leaf Corporation Pty Ltd (the Proponent) sought to rezone the land at 16 Ball Road, Heatherton for residential development, and asked the Minister for Planning to prepare a planning scheme amendment and planning permit to facilitate this. This referral seeks the Priority Projects Standing Advisory Committee’s advice on specific environmental, geotechnical, strategic planning and land use compatibility matters to assist the Minister’s consideration of the Proponent’s request.
