Overview

Draft Monash Planning Scheme Amendment C178mona aims to facilitate development of 18.8 hectares of vacant land at 1221-1249 Centre Road, Oakleigh South. This referral seeks the Committee’s advice on specific issues relating to environmental risks, including landfill gas migration and geotechnical risk, open space provision, traffic and access, flora and fauna impacts, and social and physical infrastructure.

The Minister for Planning has referred the proposal to the Priority Projects Standing Advisory Committee.
