Overview

Draft Knox Planning Scheme Amendment C194knox aimed to facilitate residential development of the former Boral Quarry site at 191 George Street, Wantirna South. This referral sought the Committee’s advice on specific issues relating to traffic, existing recreational uses, flora and fauna impacts, environmental risks and risks to infrastructure, and affordable housing.

The Minister for Planning referred the proposal to the Priority Projects Standing Advisory Committee.
