Priority Projects referral 48: Rossdale Golf Course

Overview

The Rossdale Golf Club is seeking to rezone the Rossdale Golf Course for residential development, and has asked the Minister for Planning to prepare a planning scheme amendment to facilitate this. This referral seeks the Priority Projects Standing Advisory Committee’s advice on whether the Rossdale Golf Club has appropriately completed the first five steps of the Planning Guidelines for the Conversion of Golf Land to Other Purposes (June 2020) to assist the Minister’s consideration of the amendment request.

The Minister for Planning has referred the proposal to the Priority Projects Standing Advisory Committee.

Consultation session

The Committee will hold a consultation session to hear from the invited stakeholders from 10-12 November 2025. The consultation session is open for the public to observe, but only the invited stakeholders will be able to participate.
