Overview
Ministerial call-in of VCAT Proceedings P1296/2024 and P1297/2024 relating to the proposed development of two mixed-use buildings comprising dwellings and retail premises at 1056-1140 Plenty Road, Bundoora (Polaris Lot S9).
The Minister for Planning has referred the proposal to the Priority Projects Standing Advisory Committee.
Public Hearing
The Committee held a Public Hearing for this matter between 7 and 16 May 2025 and will now prepare a report for the Minister for Planning.
