Overview

Ministerial call-in of VCAT Proceeding P1537/2024 relating to the proposed demolition of existing buildings, development of a twelve-storey mixed-use building with residential and retail uses, and reduction in car parking requirements at 155 Johnston Street, Fitzroy.

The Minister for Planning has referred the proposal to the Priority Projects Standing Advisory Committee.

Public Hearing

The Committee will hold a Public Hearing for this matter commencing on Monday 9 December until Thursday 19 December 2024.

The first week of the hearing will be held in person at 161 Collins Street, Melbourne (mezzanine level) and via videoconference below.

The second week of the hearing will be held in person in Hearing Room 2, Planning Panels Victoria (Ground Floor, 1 Spring Street, Melbourne) or join online via MS Teams videoconference using the link below.
