Overview

Ministerial call-in of VCAT Proceeding P336/2024 relating to the proposed development of an 11-storey mixed-use building comprising office space, retail, and food and drink premises at 475-481 Church Street, Richmond.

The Minister for Planning has referred the proposal to the Priority Projects Standing Advisory Committee.
