Overview
The Golf Course Redevelopment Standing Advisory Committee was appointed by the Minster for Planning on 11 August 2019.
On 22 November 2019, the committee provided advice on the draft Planning Guidelines for Golf Course Development.
The committee is asked to advise to the minister on proposals for redevelopment of golf course land within the urban growth boundary of metropolitan Melbourne.
The committee considers referred proposals and whether they satisfy the guidelines and are consistent with state and local policy.
