Northern and Western Geelong Growth Areas Standing Advisory Committee Referral 2: Creamery Road Precinct Structure Plan

Draft Greater Geelong Planning Scheme Amendment C450ggee proposes to introduce the Creamery Road Precinct Structure Plan (PSP), Development Contributions Plan (DCP) and Native Vegetation Precinct Plan (NVPP) to guide future urban development of the Creamery Road precinct within the Northern and Western Geelong Growth Areas. This is the second referral relating to the Creamery Road PSP. In January 2025, the Minister for Planning made the first referral to the Committee requesting preliminary advice on specific issues. The Committee held a consultation process to consider these issues in April 2025 and produced a report in two volumes, both of which are available at Northern and Western Geelong Growth Areas Standing Advisory Committee.

Public hearing

The Committee held a Public Hearing for this matter between 27 April and 13 May 2026. The Hearing has now closed and the Committee will prepare a report for the Minister for Planning and Planning Authority in accordance with its Terms of Reference.
