Overview

The Central Geelong Framework Plan Advisory Committee was appointed by the Minister for Planning on 13 May 2021.

The draft Central Geelong Framework Plan contains a structure plan and urban design framework. Draft Geelong planning scheme amendment C431ggee will implement the structure plan and framework.

The committee will:

  • receive and consider submissions
  • conduct a public hearing
  • review the framework plan and provide advice on its strategic basis and merits
  • review the draft planning scheme amendment and provide advice on proposed planning controls.
